The AirMation industrial air filtration system removes the particulates, contaminants and carcinogens that migrate into your building when vehicles idle. AirMation is powered by a variable speed, direct drive blower that draws vehicle exhaust and pollutants into the filtration media. The purified airflow is reintroduced into your facility through a baffle box attachment that deadens noise levels while diffusing and dissipating the clean filtered air.

Air passes through a REME® / PHI oxidation chamber, which destroys airborne microbes with high intensity UV light rays targeted on a quad- metallic compound. The process develops a highly charged atmosphere of hydroxyl radicals, hydro-peroxides and super oxide ions. This atmosphere oxidizes contaminants in the air with friendly oxidizers. By friendly oxidizers, we mean oxidizers that revert back to oxygen and hydrogen after the oxidation process. No chemical residue or dangerous compounds are emitted from the system. The REME® ATS Air System can reduce levels of airborne microbes and odors by up to 99%.

The Guardian Air QR+ utilizes RGF’s patented PHI-Cell^® technology and is easily mounted onto your existing air conditioning and heating system air ducts. When the HVAC system is in operation, the Guardian QR+ creates an advanced oxidation plasma (AOP) that is distributed through the duct system into the conditioning living space. Unlike passive air technologies, which need pollutants to pass through the unit for purification or filtration, the Guardian QR+ sweeps through your home actively purifying pollutants at the source. The advanced oxidation plasma consists of hydro-peroxides, oxide ions and hydroxide ions. All are friendly oxidizers that are found in nature’s process of cleaning the outdoor air and are safe for humans and animals alike.

Note: The Guardian QR+ is an air purifier and not a filter. It does not reduce particulate matter like dust. For an air purifier with added particulate reduction and that is even more effective at removing allergens, you’ll want to have a look at the REME HALO^®.

The Technology:
The AVID AIR^® Unit utilizes RGF’s Photohydroionization^® proprietary technology which creates airborne hydroperoxides by targeting UV light on a hydrated quad-metallic target. Once installed, Avid Air^® purifies the entire indoor space.

The Microcon® whole home HEPA filter can be installed into any existing commercial or residential HVAC system to provide 99.97% airborne particulate reduction without impacting air flow, static pressure or unit sizing. Installation requires no costly electrical or mechanical alternations to the HVAC system and the unique design offers HEPA grade filtration with very low power consumption.

The 3-stage filtration cartridge is contained and protected in a durable steel box. In stage-one, a foam pre-filter captures large particulate matter. In the second stage, the HEPA filter traps more of the harmful and irritating particulate like pet dander, pollen and smoke. Finally, in the third stage, the activated carbon adsorbs chemical or gas-based pollutants.

The filters are easy to access and change. Once locked into place, the filter is completely sealed, ensuring that no polluted air escapes from the box. The baked thermostat powder finish on the box itself provides a durable, long-lasting housing that will not off-gas chemicals, providing truly clean air to the surrounding environment.

Though continuous operation is recommended for optimal indoor air quality, this unit does feature an illuminated on/off switch.
